From the North:
US-131 to Exit 85B - Pearl Street. Turn left at light (bottom of ramp) and left at next light onto Scribner. Turn right on Bridge Street. Immediately turn left into parking ramp.

From the East:
I-196 to Exit 77C - Ottawa Avenue. Turn right (west) at Michigan Street. Follow Michigan over the Grand River (Michigan becomes Bridge Street). Turn right into parking ramp past the building.

From the South:
US-131 to Exit 85B - Pearl Street. Go straight on Scribner. Turn right on Bridge Street. Immediately turn left into parking ramp.

From the West:
I-196 to Exit 77C - Ottawa Avenue. Turn right at Michigan Street. Follow Michigan over the Grand River (Michigan becomes Bridge Street). Turn right into the parking ramp past the building.

Parking at Bridgewater Place:
Bridgewater Place is located on the corner of Bridge Street and Scribner, facing the Grand River. The 17 story mirrored building is visible from both highways. The entrance to the parking ramp is located on Bridge Street at the southwest corner of the building. Levels A through C of the parking ramp are available for visitors to use.
Once inside the parking ramp, the building is accessible through an entrance on each level. Please note that the elevators located at these entrances access only the parking ramp and not the building suites.

Once inside the building, signs will direct you to the Tower elevators down the hall to your left. Our reception area is located on the 8th floor. Please present your parking ticket to our receptionist.
