product liability, financial transactions, employment and labor, import-export

Help clients leverage proprietary technology and assets and/or acquire rights
to proprietary technology and assets through licensing, distribution, and technology
transfer agreements.
Resolve commercial, property, civil, and criminal disputes for clients through
tenacious advocacy and aggressive, yet collaborative negotiation. Defend and
pursue actions involving contracts and financial agreements, environmental
issues, intellectual property, labor relations, and real estate.
Advise and represent clients in real estate matters including land acquisition,
development, construction, and leasing. Negotiate and structure deals, orchestrate
transactions, and help clients navigate the complexities of environmental,
land use, and regulatory issues.
Represent secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 (reorganization) and
