Guide clients through a range financing transactions for commercial and real
estate loans. Counsel clients relative to tax-exempt financing vehicles and
requirements.
Develop transaction structure, analyze related tax issues, assist in conducting
due diligence, negotiate financing terms, negotiate and prepare documents and
loan agreements, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Advise and represent clients in real estate matters including land acquisition,
development, construction, and leasing. Negotiate and structure deals, orchestrate
transactions, and help clients navigate the complexities of corporate, environmental,
land use, and regulatory issues.
Advise clients on a variety of tax issues, such as corporate and partnership
taxation, pension, profit-sharing and other tax-qualified benefit programs,
and estate taxation.
