Work with clients to design and implement qualified retirement plans and welfare
benefit plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, defined benefit
and defined contribution plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and
stock bonus plans.
Serve as “back room” human resources department; Represent employers
on issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour claims,
and worker’s compensation; draft employment manuals and policies; conduct
audits of employment policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
