living wills; represent clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings
(including
contested proceedings) as well as adoption proceedings.
Address a broad range of family law issues, including adoption, divorce, child
custody, child
support, paternity actions, post-judgment issues, and pre- and post-nuptial
agreements in
Michigan courts. Provide extensive depth in alternative dispute resolution;
often retained to
arbitrate and mediate family law matters.
Represent clients in state and federal courts issues including criminal code
violations,
criminal or administrative licensing claims, professional licensing investigations,
and
regulatory violations.
Provide complete fiduciary administration, including preparation of federal
estate and gift tax
returns; represent clients in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Defend
and contest
trusts, wills, deeds, and other conveyances for improprieties due to undue
influence, lack of
mental capacity, and other issues.
